• You will receive a quote via email of the work involved in your project and a rough time frame of when it can begin

• You approve the quote via email and a date for work to begin will be set

• Payment for materials is required a few days prior to starting your project (larger projects costing £10k and over will be given a payment schedule)

• Work begins on your exciting new project! Gerald is friendly, punctual and professional. For most jobs he works alone, he doesn’t smoke or play a loud radio. He gets on with the job at hand and will leave the site clean.

• Payment is due on completion of the job or seven days from receiving the final invoice
